Sheet machine made entirely of stainless steel.

It features a crank with a plastic cover for ease of use, a 7-position slice thickness regulator for dough thicknesses from 0.5 to 3mm, and a clamp that can be gripped to the table or kitchen counter for added stability.

Possibility to open an 18 cm sheet for pies and anything else you can create with dough.

Important Instructions

First use : clean the machine with a dry cloth. Pass a piece of dough at least 3 times through the machine in such a way that it covers the entire cutting width. Throw away the dough you used the first time, clean the machine with a dry cloth and you are good to go.

Cleaning : Use a small brush or toothbrush to clean the machine. Do not attempt to clean the machine with metal or sharp objects. Do not wash in a dishwasher.
