It has a crank handle with a plastic cover for ease of use, a 7-position cutting thickness regulator for dough thicknesses from 0.5 to 3 mm, a clamp for greater stability that can be gripped on the table or kitchen counter, and it can prepare a sheet of width 14, 5 cm.
The sheet machine offers the possibility of creating a sheet for pies while combining the sheet machine with the SHULE pasta accessories, you can create 100% fresh pasta such as Ravioli , Raviolini , Pappardelle Width 45mm , with ingredients of your choice.
The SHULE motor is recommended for greater speed and ease of use.
Important Instructions
First use : clean the machine with a dry cloth. Pass a piece of dough at least 3 times through the machine in such a way that it covers the entire cutting width. Throw away the dough you used the first time, clean the machine with a dry cloth and you are good to go.
Cleaning : Use a small brush or toothbrush to clean the machine. Do not attempt to clean the machine with metal or sharp objects. Do not wash in a dishwasher.
