Description
Sheet and pasta machine divided - detachable made entirely of stainless steel.
It has a 90W electric motor, a plastic base for the motor, a crank with a plastic cover for ease of use, a 7-position cutting thickness regulator for dough thicknesses from 0.3 to 2mm, a clamp for greater stability that can be held on the table or counter of the kitchen, while it can prepare a 14.5 cm wide sheet.

Important Instructions
First use : clean the machine with a dry cloth. Pass a piece of dough at least 3 times through the machine in such a way that it covers the entire cutting width. Throw away the dough you used the first time, clean the machine with a dry cloth and you are good to go.
Cleaning : Use a small brush or toothbrush to clean the machine. Do not attempt to clean the machine with metal or sharp objects. Do not wash in a dishwasher.
